                         The Old Vineyard
Perfectly located for Rosemoor, the Tarka Trail, coast, moors and much more, including the new Devon Wildlife Nature Reserve at Meeth

The Old Vineyard is an individual, architect-designed house sitting in 1/3 of an acre of garden in the small village of Merton. It is off the main road and has extensive views over open farm/parkland. The house was built in 2006/7 of local stone, slate and wood and blends very sympathetically with the surrounding environment. The property incorporates several “green” features, including uprated insulation and heating via a ground-source heat pump.

Breakfast is served in our large conservatory/garden room and we are happy to cater to your tastes – from the traditional “full English” to a lighter alternative. Wherever possible we source our ingredients locally, including fresh produce from our own garden when in season.

We can offer secure storage for cycles/golf clubs/fishing tackle etc, and off-road parking. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss any particular requirements you may have. We aim to provide you with comfortable and relaxed  accommodation during your stay.

Our double en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor, with French windows leading out onto a grassed area (the views over the fields are wonderful - whatever the weather!) The bedroom is approached via stairs from the hall and through the large airy conservatory/garden room, which is yours to relax in during your stay.

The Old Vineyard is peaceful and tranquil -
the only sound you will hear is birdsong!

Our tariff:

 £70.00 pn double occupancy

£45.00 pn (single occupancy of double room)

We are not able to take credit/debit cards.
