Bourna Farm House

Bourna Farm House is a unique traditional thatched Devon longhouse; we provide comfortable bed and breakfast and evening meals by prior arrangement. All our rooms are shower en-suite with their own staircase as well as tea and coffee making facilities. We can accommodate one party of up to 5 people per booking, which means you won’t have to share the house with other guests. We provide a comfortable TV lounge solely for your use with a wood burner, a large dining room where we serve a traditional full-English cooked breakfast as well as something lighter, any special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior arrangement. Children are welcome at Bourna as are small well behaved dogs. 

We are situated on the A386 just outside Merton, where the 180 mile Tarka Trail that runs around Devon passes our door, ideal for cycling and walking. We are perfectly located for a day on Dartmoor or at the coast, or just touring the best of what Devon has to offer. There are many all weather local attractions within easy driving reach.

A deposit of 50% is required when booking; this is refundable 
up to one week prior to arrival.
