	Furzedon Jan & Jerry Sharpe welcome you to Furzedon which is a new build cob house. It is one of only 4 new cob houses to have been built since the early 20^th century. Cob is the vernacular building material of the South West. Although the house may be built from traditional materials it has all the modern amenities and facilities needed to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing. Our bed and breakfast guest room is a large double en suite bedroom that could also be a family room. There are French doors opening onto a patio that also serves as your own private entrance. In the room there is a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free wi fi connection. Breakfast is served in our light and airy atrium with views across the garden and valley. Please let us know on booking if there are any dietary requirements. We offer a full breakfast together with cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Our English breakfast is freshly prepared from mostly locally sourced ingredients. Tariff £35 pppn (assuming two sharing) £50 single person supplement £10 per child per night (aged between 3 – 11) £15 per extra person per night sharing Terms: 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking.
